At Green Botanicals, we want your order to arrive correctly and on time. This policy explains our shipping, returns, replacements, cancellations, and refund procedures.
Shipping & Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Tracking details may take some time to update after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain seeds, soils, fertilizers, growing mediums, or other gardening products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination.
Green Botanicals may restrict or cancel a shipment when necessary to comply with applicable requirements. If we cannot fulfill an order because of a shipping restriction, the affected products will be refunded.
Returns
Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original packaging and are in resalable condition.
Please contact Green Botanicals before returning a product so we can review your request and provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Products
For product quality and integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including opened seed packets, soils, growing mediums, fertilizers, plant food, used products, and products damaged after delivery.
Clearance or final-sale products may also be non-returnable when clearly identified before purchase.
These restrictions do not affect rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.
Include your order information and photographs of the product or package when appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Green Botanicals or applicable law requires otherwise.
Return Shipping
Unless a product was damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Orders that have already shipped may be subject to our standard return process.
Seed and Growing Results
Growing results can vary depending on storage, climate, soil conditions, planting methods, temperature, watering, sunlight, and other environmental factors.
Variations in germination or growing results alone may therefore not qualify a product for a refund unless the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.
